Rice milling - present status

Parboiled Rice-Rice that has been partially boiled in
the husk. The three basic steps of parboiling are soaking,
steaming and drying. These steps make the rice easier to
process by hand, while also boosting its nutritional profile,
changing its texture, and making it more resistant to weevils.

100% Broken Rice- 100% Broken Rice is fragments of
rice grains that are broken during processing, transporting,
or milling.

Non-Basmati Rice- It has a rich taste and fine aroma.
Non- basmati rice comes in different sizes, some are long and
slender, some are short and thick, some are like beads, and
some may be round.

Silky Sortex Rice- It is a well milled, processed &
cleaned product. The rice offers good taste as well as aroma.
It appears very clean & premium in nature.
